Who we are
OTG Consulting, LLC ("OTG Consulting", "we", "us") is an Illinois limited liability company. We provide business consulting and call-answering and messaging services to small businesses. Questions about this policy: info@otg.one.
Information we collect
- From our business clients: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and their consent to receive text messages.
- From people who call a client business that uses our service: phone number, name, address or town, the reason for the call, a summary or transcript of the conversation, and the date and time.
- From this website: nothing beyond what you choose to send us by email. The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide and support our services: to record inquiries, send lead alerts to the business the caller contacted, send account messages to our clients, and answer questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for our own advertising.
Text messages and mobile numbers
Our text message program, OTG Consulting Lead Alerts, sends inquiry alerts and account messages to business clients who opt in. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Service providers
We use service providers to run our services, such as telephone and text message delivery (Twilio), voice assistant technology, email (Google Workspace) and website hosting (Railway). They process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
When we disclose information
Caller information goes to the client business the caller contacted. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to provide the service to the client business or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing info@otg.one. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
