The program

OTG Consulting Lead Alerts is a text message program run by OTG Consulting, LLC. It sends business owners who use our call-answering service a short text when a customer contacts their business. Each alert summarizes the inquiry: the caller's name, call-back number, town and what they need. We also send occasional service messages about the owner's account, such as setup confirmations.

We send these messages only to our own business clients who opt in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in

Business clients opt in when they sign up for our service. The sign-up form asks for the mobile number that should receive alerts and includes this checkbox. The box is unchecked by default, is separate from agreeing to our service terms, and is not required to buy the service:

Message frequency varies with the number of customer inquiries your business receives. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and send nothing more unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing info@otg.one. Lead summaries can still go to you by email.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change these terms and will post the new effective date on this page.
